About The Role:
Days of Working: Monday to Friday
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Support the Accounts Payable Team Leader with overseeing the “Projects” accounts payables ledger
2. Improve the processes of the ledger bringing them all in line with the best practices for processing, reconciliations, and reporting
3. Manage relationships with key suppliers across the ledgers
4. Support with processing supplier payments weekly, ensuring all due payables are included
5. Build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, becoming a point of contact for the resolution of AP issues
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
1. Must have Right to Work in the UK
2. Highly competent on Excel
3. Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and manage own workload and workload of the team
4. Confident communicator, with the ability to articulate financial information and analysis to stakeholders
5. Independent thinker, keen problem solver with a ‘can do’ attitude
