Job Description: Air Logistics Planner Do you want to work in a dynamic working environment in offshore logistics? We are recruiting an Air Logistics Planner for our Helicopter Operation in the Southern North Sea. Offshore is a changing environment that requires flexibility and changing ways of working where logistics plays an important role. Within the Air Operations team, we have the responsibility to transport people and materials safely, effectively, and efficiently to and from our offshore installations. Air transport is subject to strict external and internal regulations to ensure safety. Tasks and Responsibilities Coordinating the (daily) flight schedule for personnel travelling to offshore installations Ensure fully optimized flight schedules are created and maintained in accordance with relevant regulations Booking of people on helicopter flights Attending planning meetings Establish passenger compliance with relevant company and industry requirements through Vantage POB Support to monitor Key Performance Indicators for Air Logistics Close stakeholder engagement (e.g., activity planners, offshore Radio Operators, contracting companies) Potentially participate in an out of hours duty roster.
