Job summary The SCM Practitioner role offers the opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced mental health practitioner to further develop their skills in offering an evidenced-based intervention for service users with Complex Emotional Needs (CEN). The post holder will work alongside other SCM practitioners and Practitioner Psychologists to implement SCM within the Core teams with service user with complex emotional needs, The successful candidate will be a qualified Mental Health Practitioner (e.g. RMN, Occupational Therapist, Clinical Associate Psychologist) with additional training in SCM, DBT or MBT. In addition, the ideal candidate will have worked with services users with CEN offering assessment, formulation and therapeutic intervention. You will have access to SCM training, regular group and individual supervision. You will work as a member of the team, providing 1-1 and group interventions to service users with complex emotional and relational needs. You will work with a caseload of people within the SCM programme.
