The role…
Working in a fast-paced environment the role isresponsible for selling renewals of data and license subscriptionto increase revenue growth and achieve sales target. You will beresponsible for being knowledgeable of the various solutionsavailable so you can articulate effectively the features, benefitsand pricing to prospective customers.
You will work closely with the customer,understanding and probing for customer requirements in order tomatch a solution to the customer’s needs. You will work with thecustomer throughout the renewals lifecycle, ensuring the customerreceives a timely and accurate quotation for the appropriatepackage or subscription and manage the process through toinvoicing.
What you’ll bedoing….
* Responsible for the renewal and negotiation of allsubscription contracts
* Work closely withNew Business Sales Teams to ensure product up sell opportunitiesare identified.
* Process subscriptionrenewal activities following defined processes andsystems,
* The accurate and timelytracking and reporting of renewal performance and retentiondata.
* Work with global teams to alignprocesses, establish pricing guidelines and achieve salestargets.

* Strong communications skills bothorally and written.
* Good time managementand organizational skills.
* Detail-orientated and able to work todeadlines.
