In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you will provide key administrative and PA support to the Capital Design team, helping to shape the future of healthcare facilities.
• Provide administrative support to the Capital Design team and Assistant Director.
• Manage documents, maintain filing systems, and track project progress.
• Schedule meetings, take minutes, and prepare agendas.
• Handle financial systems and procurement, including raising purchase orders and managing budgets.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams
