\nThis role will play a key part in driving the change agenda which will include improving efficiencies, enhancing financial processes and supporting the 3-5 year business plan including scenario planning and risk analysis.
\n\n
The FP&A Manager – for Transformation will work closely with senior leadership, finance teams, and other key stakeholders to implement financial best practices and support the delivery of a financial model which is fit for purpose the short and long term objectives of the business.
\n\n
Specific Duties and Responsibilities of the post will include but not limited to:
\n\n
\n\t
* Change, Transformation & Process Improvement: Enhance financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
\n\t
* Strategic Insight & Analysis: Provide complex financial analysis and modelling to inform strategic initiatives and decision making.
\n\t
* Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management: Collaborate with various business units to drive financial awareness and accountability during the transformation.
\n\t
* Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain financial performance, KPI’s and reporting dashboards to track transformation progress and impact.
\n\t
* System & Technology: Work with IT and finance teams to leverage technology in improving financial reporting, planning tools, and data analytics.
\n\t
* Scenario Planning & Risk Analysis: Support long-term financial sustainability through scenario modelling, risk assessment etc.

Qualifications & Experience:
\n\n
\n\t
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant FP&A experience.
\n\t
* Proven track record in financial transformation, change management, or process improvement.
\n\t
* Extensive analytical, financial modelling and planning.
\n\t
* Ability to work independently and influence decision-making at a senior level.
