Job Description
* Oversee and manage the IT function for FPC, including networks, servers, hardware, and software.
* Ensure cybersecurity best practices are implemented and maintained.
* Provide technical helpdesk support and guidance to staff, troubleshooting IT issues efficiently.
* Lead and support IT projects, including system upgrades, cloud migrations, and process improvements.
* Manage third-party IT service providers and suppliers.
* Maintain IT policies, documentation, and compliance with data protection regulations.
* Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
* Train and upskill staff on IT systems and security best practices.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in similar hands-on IT Leadership role, overseeing an IT function
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Windows Server, networking (firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi), and cloud technologies.
* Experience managing cybersecurity and data protection measures.
* Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and business-critical applications is desirable.
* Excellent IT troubleshooting skills
* A proactive customer service approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
