Operations Executive Location: Cheltenham - hybrid working Hours: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum My fantastic client, working within the luxury travel industry, is looking for an Operations Executive to join their rapidly growing team. This role would be ideal for a highly organised, recent graduate with a passion for travel, administration, and luxury experiences. Candidates with a second European language are highly desirable. This role also involves up to 10 days of travel per year to experience and visit luxury destinations and villas. There are significant opportunities to grow and progress within the business, and candidates who demonstrate strong sales ability may also have the chance to transition into the sales team. Key Responsibilities of an Operations Executive Support the sales process and team with all administrative tasks. Act as an interface between clients and service providers, ensuring seamless delivery of luxury experiences. Communicate with all company suppliers, providing necessary information and maintaining strong relationships. Assist with the analysis and improvement of sales and operational systems. Speak with clients, respond to enquiries, and ensure all communication is handled accurately and professionally. Key Skills of an Operations Executive A passion for travel and a desire to be immersed in the world of luxury villas and experiences. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication, including spelling and grammar, as you will be preparing important documentation for VIP clients. A second European language is highly desirable, as many clients are international. However, this is not a requirement for the role. Previous experience in a luxury brand environment is advantageous but not essential. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
