Senior Business Support Officer (Technical) (Admin and Clerical) 13.93 per hour Bristol - BS1 6AG This is a new role in the team to support work on repairs in the team. The role will be looking at closing down outstanding orders after investigation and resolution. Also monitoring and over seeing current orders to monitor contractor performance and ensure repairs are completed. Aim of role - to support the monitoring and compliance of repairs orders raised and completed in Accessible Homes. Overview of tasks to be carried out: this is not exclusive but covers the skills needed. Checking repairs orders on Housing system placed by CSC - identifying repairs previously placed that are similar. Flagging these up for investigation. Checks works ordered are completed, through colleague inspection or customer call. Supporting approval of orders over £500 for contractor with colleagues in the team Organised Check relevant warranties and electrical certificates are in place and received by BCC on works completed. Raise inconsistencies /contract failures with contract manager. Check order and invoice value match - where they don't raise with colleagues. Record keeping including data input Excel spreadsheets and Housing systems. Update reporting spreadsheets Experience Data input - accurate record keeping. Customer service Excellent Excel knowledge and skills and other Microsoft applications Dealing with contractors / 3rd party suppliers Skills Good Organisational skills Attention to detail.
