About the Company - Our client, a leading organisation in the charity industry, is seeking a talented and driven Content & Marketing Executive to join their team.
About the Role - As a pivotal member of our client's small yet crucial team, you will work closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager to create and implement compelling content across various platforms.
Responsibilities
* Forge strong relationships with internal stakeholders and assist them in achieving their marketing goals through effective content planning, development, and implementation.
* Create engaging multimedia content, including videos and images, to be used in marketing campaigns.
* Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns.
* Drive the growth and management of social media channels (specifically LinkedIn and X), as well as our client's website.
* Enhance brand visibility by developing and promoting compelling marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and presentations.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role or relevant creative field, or a marketing or creative content qualification.
* Degree level qualification or equivalent in CIM/NVQ.
* Ability to edit videos using Adobe Creative Suite.
* Aptitude for graphic design.
Required Skills
* Self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent organisational and planning abilities.
* Demonstrated confidence in guiding and collaborating with multiple business units to meet their marketing and communications needs.
* Willingness to grow alongside the organisation.
* Positive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
* Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
* Attention to detail and strong time management abilities.
* Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
* Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including video editing skills.
* Graphic design capabilities.
* Proficiency in social media platforms and strategies.
Preferred Skills
Pay range and compensation package - Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (plus pension package and benefits)
