Due to increasing workload the following opportunity has now within our Planning team, applicants can be based in NI or London. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective planning and programming of interior fit-out projects and establishing, recording and reporting on progress of works through the life cycle of projects. Main duties will include: Assisting the Estimating team with the preparation of tender programs and method statements. In conjunction with the project team prepare comprehensive planning information on new project start ups Updating current project programmes and plans with site feedback on daily, weekly or monthly basis. Advising the project team of critical changes to priorities and critical threats and the potential steps to counteract these and maintain targets. Controlling and recording programme revisions. Providing regular evaluation and commentary of progress to the Project Management Team and Senior Management Team Applicants should possess a third level construction related qualification and have previous programming experience on new build and/or interior fit-out type projects and have a varied technical knowledge of the construction process. Excellent people management, communication and analytical skills are required as well as being a proficient user of ASTA or MS Project and MS Excel.
