About the Role: There now exists an opportunity for a talented and organized Business Support Administrator to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial in providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to their manufacturing and operations teams, ensuring seamless workflow across various functions.
Your role will include:
* SAP Job Management: Enter and monitor jobs in the SAP system, ensuring accurate tracking and completion.
* Parts Procurement: Support parts ordering, receipting, and documentation.
* Payroll Processing: Handle site payroll, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies. Training provided on this.
* Invoice Management: Review, process, and ensure timely payment of freight and accounts payable invoices.
* Stock Monitoring: Track consumables and inventory, conduct regular stocktakes, and maintain accurate records.
To succeed in this role you will be/have:
* Proficiency in SAP for job management and reporting.
* Understanding of procurement processes, including ordering, receipting, and stock management.
* Familiarity with payroll systems and processes.
* High attention to detail in stocktaking, documentation, and invoice reconciliation.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Effective problem-solving abilities.
