Your Impact
They’re seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead UK & Ireland sales. You’ll drive revenue growth, lead sales initiatives, and inspire a team united under a common vision. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing a sales strategy for market expansion in the UK & Ireland
* Leading sales activities and identifying new market opportunities
* Demonstrating experience selling Electronic Shelf Labels and IoT solutions to major retailers
* Inspiring and uniting the sales team around a shared strategy
* Monitoring sales performance metrics to meet targets
Experience needed
* SaaS sales experience managing a multimillion ARR
* Experience selling cloud, ESL, data, analytics, Ai into retailers
* Experience selling hardware as well as software would be ideal!
* Multi-stakeholder management and experience selling into Heads of Transformation / Heads of IT / Supply Chain Directors / CLevel
* Experience managing a diverse sales team and working within a global business
