My Client specialising in underfloor heating systems, including both electric and wet systems. Their offerings cater to both residential and commercial sectors, focusing on bespoke designs for new builds and refurbishments.
Role Overview:
Join our client's team as a Projects Account Manager/BDM, where you’ll play a key role in expanding sales of our electric and wet underfloor heating systems. This role requires a strategic approach to building and maintaining relationships, managing projects, and driving new business across the UK.
You’ll work closely with key clients, including M&E consultants, M&E contractors, house builders, and developers, to maximise sales opportunities and grow their market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Business Development: Identify and develop new opportunities to increase sales of their underfloor heating systems, working directly with M&E consultants, contractors, house builders, and developers.
2. Project Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution from initial pitch to post-sales support.
3. Client Relationship Management: Foster long-term, profitable relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing business growth.
4. Sales Presentations & Pitches: Develop and deliver tailored presentations to secure new contracts and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
1. Proven experience in project sales or account management, ideally within the heating, construction, or related industries.
2. Experience selling to M&E consultants, M&E contractors, house builders, and developers.
3. Strong communication and relationship management skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and work proactively to develop business leads.
Salary and Benefits:
1. Basic Salary of £35,000.00 - £40,000.00
2. Uncapped commission.
3. Full-time position with work hours from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, including a one-hour lunch break.
4. Starting holiday allowance of 23 days, increasing with service.
