You will have a base at one of our schools (currently Mangotsfield Secondary but with a move to Marlwood School imminent) and will need to be able to travel to all of our sites, which are easily commutable from Bristol, Bath, Gloucester, and South Wales.
The Role
The Senior Operations Administrator will play a pivotal role supporting the Directorate to ensure that the estates and facilities compliance across the trust is up to date, with associated documentation managed efficiently and effectively. You will manage the compliance management information system along with any developments of it, coordinate compliance calendars, analyze trust-wide reports, and produce detailed reports for our trustees to ensure that all schools are compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements. You will build relationships with stakeholders across the trust and will need to be confident in working independently.
The Person
* Proficient in using MIS systems, Every platform would be desirable.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* IT literate.
* Experience in a similar role within a School or public sector environment would be desirable, but not essential.
