Responsibilities
Design and create innovative menu items that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring all food preparation and service meets quality standards.
Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining cost control measures.
Train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff in food preparation and presentation techniques.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures for kitchen operations.
Collaborate with management to optimize food profitability and minimize waste.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef, with a strong culinary background in various cuisines.
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe dining experience.
Excellent leadership and team management skills to foster a positive work environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong creativity and innovation in recipe development and menu design.
Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and guests effectively.
Culinary degree or equivalent experience from a recognized institution.
Hours Per Week: 20.50

End Time: 19:15
Pay Per Hour: £12.00
