Job Description
The successful Internal Communications Lead will be responsible for the following:
* Design and implementation of internal communication strategies to drive engagement and action.
* Drafting and editing of communications such as newsletters and emails; and also driving the agenda for Town Halls and creative communications.
* Monitoring and reporting on data trends, pulse and feedback to inform future strategies.
* Organising company-wide events and webinars.
* Liaising with department leaders and the SLT to keep employees informed and engaged; with the gravitas to influence where required.
* Ensuring internal communication messages align with brand values.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Internal Communications Lead should present the following qualifications:
* Proven experience in a similar role and demonstrable examples of influencing and driving engagement through periods of change.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and examples of working with hard-to-reach audiences.
* The ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
* Strong project management and organisational skills.
* Ideally, you will have worked within a business with Union support; to understand the dynamics of this relationship.
