Job Description Our Internal Sales department works with external sales teams, quotations, price calculations, orders and projects. As a Sales Coordinator, you will provide our customers with the best possible service and our sales people with excellent support. Your primary tasks will be: Regular communication and collaboration between Faerch and customers. Provide strong and competent support for Area Sales Managers. Work collaboratively with our Internal Sales Team, Planning Team, NPD / NPI and Finance Teams. Responsible for all customer transactions in our Business systems. Coordinating and ‘onboarding’ of new business. Responsible for all SAP IBP forecasting transactions and customer forecasting analysis. Responsible for price calculations and quotations for customers Responsible for maintaining MasterData for your customer portfolio in our M3 and CRM systems. Proactively supporting the sales team with administration tasks to support sales growth.
