About Us We're a fast-growing company in the building services industry, offering essential service contracts and installations (including fire alarms, CCTV, access control, extinguishers, and more) across London. Until now, our sales have come through organic growth and existing networks—now, we're ready to bring in our first dedicated Business Development Manager to lead the charge in expanding our client base. The Role As our Business Development Manager, you'll be our boots on the ground in Central London, identifying and approaching businesses in sectors such as leisure, hospitality, gyms, and restaurants. You'll manage the entire sales journey—from the first conversation to closing the deal and nurturing the account for the first year. Key responsibilities include: Prospecting new clients in person—walking the streets of London and popping into businesses Building trusted relationships with decision-makers Selling B2B service contracts, remedial works, and new installations Managing and growing your accounts for 12 months post-sale Following up leads and closing deals with autonomy What's in it for you?
