Office Administrator
Location: Liffey Valley
Salary: Starting Salary of €13.50/ph Plus Bonus after Probation
Working hours: Full Time (Weekend Work and Late Night Required)
Admin experience is essential
Experience level: Optical experience preferred but not essential

We’re looking for someone with experience in customer service, strong communication skills, good with people, an organized approach & a willingness to help – a friendly and professional approach is essential.

* Answering all telephone calls in a prompt, clear, and friendly manner
* Transferring calls efficiently
* Responding to customer inquiries
* Ensuring customer details are captured accurately when booking appointments
