An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Business Support Administrator to join Kirkby in Ashfield Family Hub Network, within Ashfield District. Family Hub Networks aim to offer joined-up, local services, providing the right support at the right time for children and young people aged 0-19 and their families. They aim to make it easier to get information, advice and support. You will work within our multi-disciplinary teams to support the delivery of early help and preventative services to families within the local area. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join the team to undertake a range of administrative duties. You will need to: Be well organised and able to demonstrate initiative Demonstrate a flexible approach to changing work demands Possess problem-solving skills Demonstrate good communication skills Work well as part of a team You will also need to be skilled in using a range of IT software including MS Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint; training will be given on specialist systems that are used within the service. The role will require accurate data inputting. You will be aware of the importance of maintaining confidentiality and acting within the General Data Protection Regulations. Please note that this is an office-based role due to the need of welcoming families with children, and young people into the building. You will need to hold a driving licence and access to your own vehicle (a taxi service will be provided where disability precludes this); as there will be a need to travel between sites. The work pattern for this post is Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, and is a fixed term contract to 31st December 2026.
