We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. As an SDR, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to our existing customers to secure meetings for our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Customer Success Account Executives (CSAEs). These meetings will focus on driving upsell opportunities, winning back lapsed customers, and generating non-recurring revenue opportunities. The role is crucial in supporting our Customer Success team and contributing to the growth of the business. Key Responsibilities: Reach out to existing customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to secure meetings for CSMs and CSAEs. Identify and nurture sales opportunities by engaging with customers to uncover needs and potential areas for expansion. Collaborate with Customer Success teams to create strategies that drive customer growth and retention. Qualify leads to ensure they align with the Customer Success team’s objectives and sales goals. Track and manage all outreach activities and opportunities within CRM tools. Consistently meet and exceed key performance metrics including dials made, calls connected, meetings booked, opportunities created, and deals closed/won. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate our offerings and value propositions to customers. Experience and Qualifications: Minimum of 12 months of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or similar sales/lead generation role. Proven track record of success in achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with customers. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to adapt to changing goals and priorities while maintaining a customer-first approach.
