There will also be additional hours available when holidays or sickness requires covering in the week. Working in conjunction with the service’s scheme manager, the cooks will be responsible for providing nutritious meals for our residents, ensuring that individual choice and dietary requirements are catered for, and an excellent standard of health, safety and cleanliness is upheld at all times. The successful candidates will possess previous experience in a cooking or catering role; knowledge of Health and Safety and COSHH regulations alongside a food hygiene certificate (or willingness to work towards a certificate) are also essential.
