Job summary This is a 22.5 hour job share post. We are looking for an In -patient Ward Receptionist to support S3 Surgical department. The successful candidate will be expected to provide a courteous reception service to patients and clinicians, work closely with nursing and medical staff, manage the booking of designated follow up appointments and work effectively as part of the in-patient team. The successful candidate is required to be able demonstrate the Trust values, the responsibilities of the job description and person specification. In particular you should have proven experience of working in with the public in an administrative position. You will be expected to give excellent customer care in a busy and high pressured working environment, working across multiple out-patient clinic locations. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a high attention to detail and accuracy.
