They are now looking for a Tenancy Support Worker to help them tackle homelessness when they're needed more than ever.

Your Duties
1. Assist allocated clients to identify and work towards individual goals consistent with sustaining a tenancy in supported housing or privately rented accommodation.
2. Deliver high-quality support services for previously homeless people moving off the streets and vulnerably housed people in line with our client's policies and procedures.
3. Provide an effective need-led service for clients throughout their engagement with the organisation.
4. Provide advice, support, motivation, crisis intervention and future planning, appropriate to the expressed needs of service users.
5. Undertake assessments and casework with clients seeking support or resettlement.
Who Our Client Needs
1. Experience of working within the homelessness or social care sector.
2. Knowledge of GDPR and data management.
3. An understanding of and commitment to confidentiality and professional boundaries.
4. The ability to work with clients who may display challenging behaviours.
5. Solid IT skills with the ability to record accurate records in a timely fashion on IT applications.
6. The ability to write concise reports, client notes and external letters to a high standard.
7. Experience of conducting client assessments and interviews.
8. Effective time and workload management.
9. Excellent organisational skills.
10. The ability to work on own initiative, creatively managing a varied workload.
