Role Description
We see this role as critical to our plans for 2024. We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated Job Planner to work alongside our Reactive Operations Manager and Team. A common-sense, thinking outside the box mentality is crucial for us as we develop our operations function through the next stage of growth.

Responsibilities
1. Inputting bookings onto our bespoke IT system (REPS).
2. Liaising with clients to ensure the smooth running of jobs.
3. Liaising with local authorities regarding permits.
4. Monitoring customer inboxes.
5. Ensure quality standards are met.
6. Collating information for reports.
7. Assisting with invoicing, referencing an excel sheet and our bespoke IT system.
8. Electronic filing of correspondence.
Skills
1. High level of IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Excel.
2. Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
3. Ability to prioritise own work and to work accurately under pressure to meet deadlines.
4. Someone with a good eye for detail.
5. Must be flexible, with a “can do” attitude.

Other Info
Hours of Work: Full time, Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00; or Monday to Friday, 06:00-18:00.
Salary: Starting from £25,500.00 per annum (dependant on experience and skill level - to be discussed at interview).
The successful candidate would be subject to a 3-month probationary period.
