How you can make a difference : Main Responsibilities Include: This role is working in the Liquid Handling Robotics part of the company and experience of this market segment is necessary To manage a sales territory that will include a mixture of Key, Pharma, Biotechs, Hospitals and Academic Accounts. Management of Sales Targets which will be a mixture of instrument unit sales and overall revenue for the territory. Utilise Applications Consultants and Support Personnel to plan and execute demonstrations and be involved in pre and post sales qualifications. Key Account Management and interaction at all levels in these accounts. To actively explore market potential for the automation of applications in a new or diverse range of subject areas. Projects will range from simple stand alone solutions to complex multi-instrument projects. To liaise with Switzerland for the management and execution of complex sales. Arrange exhibitions and customer demonstrations. Key Tasks: To ensure the overall ethos and business presence of Hamilton Robotics Ltd. is well represented in the market place. To act with integrity and diligence in the execution of your duties. Maintain a continuous update of our CRM system. The Customer Database, Product Information and Opportunities and Project Tracking. Maintain regular visits/contact with existing and new customers. Understand the key issues and market potential within your territory with regular action plans and new lead generating. Organise and run regular workshops/seminars/exhibitions/mailings to develop sales opportunities. Provide first hand feedback of competitive strategies and tactics, service quality, product usability etc. To acquire and maintain complete up to date knowledge and information concerning competitors products and services. That’s what you bring along : Bachelor degree in relevant Life Science field and the desire to learn new subject areas as the opportunities require it. Previous experience of automation support and sales advantageous. High value negotiation competencies with procurement and end users. High degree of IT literacy and scientific knowledge associated with our market segment. Customer driven attitude with a primary focus on customer satisfaction. Proven interpersonal and team skills. Proven track record in “Consultative Solution Selling”. Experience of customers within the defined territory and proven history of sales and interactions is an advantage Knowledge of existing and potential customer base.
