Join our private client team in Lincoln as a Paralegal, where you'll work in a dynamic, supportive environment. This role is ideal for someone looking to transition into the legal field or take their career in a new direction.
You will support a wide range of private clients, gaining valuable experience while working closely with a skilled and experienced team. Your contributions will be essential in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
What you'll do:
* Assist fee earners with drafting Wills and supporting papers, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and handling Estate and Trust Administration.
* Manage enquiries from clients and callers with professionalism and efficiency.
* Ensure client matters are handled in their best interest, adhering to the highest professional standards.
* Maintain well-organised client files, ensuring timely reviews.
* Accurately record time spent on client matters and other activities daily.
What we’re looking for:
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and priorities effectively.
* Excellent communication and client service skills, paired with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Attention to detail and accuracy, with a practical mindset when addressing client needs.
