About the Role
At Parkside Recruitment, we are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Quality Manager to join our team in Berkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a background in pharmaceutical quality assurance to take on a challenging role and contribute to the management and maintenance of the quality system.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including opportunities for professional development and a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Supporting supplier management: working with suppliers and service providers to ensure compliance with GMP and GDP regulations.
* Audit scheduling and coordination: managing the overall audit schedule of contractors and suppliers based on risk assessment and qualification processes.
* Audit execution: performing GxP audits at company partner sites throughout Europe.
* Supplier follow-up and corrective actions: following up on supplier audit reports and ensuring adequate corrective and preventative actions are implemented.
* Policy and procedure development: contributing to the development, maintenance, and improvement of supplier management policies, standards, and procedures.
* Continuous improvement: participating in supplier development projects and activities focusing on supplier quality.
We are looking for an individual with a degree-level education, preferably with further qualifications in auditing. Experience working in a pharma quality role with exposure to auditing is essential. Excellent written and spoken English skills are also required. Industry experience of manufacturing, automated packaging, and distribution sites (GMP and GDP) is highly desirable.
