NHS Tayside is seeking a skilled Workforce Systems Administrator to join our team. If you have strong IT skills and thrive in a collaborative environment, this could be the perfect role for you. You will be working alongside another Workforce Systems Administrator, as well as a team of 3 Systems Information & Planning Officers and 2 Senior Systems Information & Planning Officers, playing a vital role in the rollout and support of the eRostering system across NHS Tayside.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform day-to-day maintenance of the eRostering system, ensuring its smooth and efficient operation.
2. Provide advice and guidance on system use to staff at all levels within the organisation.
3. Address queries and develop effective solutions.
4. Collaborate closely with your team to support the modernisation and digitalisation of systems and processes.
5. Exercise strong organisational and problem-solving skills in a varied and stimulating work environment.
About You:
1. Strong IT skills are essential, ideally with experience in systems administration.
2. Ability to manage your workload effectively, delivering work to a high standard and within tight deadlines.
3. Experience with Allocate Optima is desirable, but comprehensive training and support will be provided.
4. A team player who is keen to contribute to the ongoing development of NHS Tayside's workforce systems.
