Salary: £13.80ph / £27,000 | Hybrid
Ashley Kate Finance is working in partnership with an organization that makes a difference with Carbon Emissions based in Ashby, looking for a Temporary Sales Ledger Administrator to start ASAP.
Due to a recent promotion within this department, our client has a need for a Temporary Sales Ledger Administrator to work alongside and report into the Senior Sales Ledger Manager. The role is initially until the end of the year; however, the opportunity could also lead into a permanent position.
Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday)
Hybrid Working: 2-3 days a week in the office based in Ashby
Start Date: ASAP
Length of Assignment: Until end of December 2024 - Could lead to a permanent position
Responsibilities:
1. Invoicing and credit checks
2. Client query resolution and account reconciliations
3. Debt chasing and payment allocations
4. Raising and posting all Sales Ledger entries
5. Staying updated with the latest skills and developments
6. Championing our mission towards a net zero world
7. Contributing to continuous collaboration and innovation
8. Supporting Health, Safety, and Wellbeing initiatives
9. Adhering to company policies and acting as a role model
10. Conveying real passion and belief in the business and supporting the drive to a net zero world
Essential Skills, Knowledge and Attributes:
1. AAT level 2 or higher - Desirable but NOT essential
2. Competent with Microsoft Office
3. A proactive attitude that brings drive, energy, and passion to the role
4. Flexible, positive, and committed team member who works to very high standards
5. Promotes a culture of inclusivity
6. UK driver's licence - Desirable but NOT essential
