Role Overview: As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in the success of our projects. From conducting site visits to accurately measuring openings, preparing quotes, and ordering materials, to managing project timelines and liaising with customers—this is a role that offers a variety of tasks and the opportunity to develop new skills. While prior CAD experience is a plus, it’s not essential, as we provide full training to help you succeed in the role. Key Responsibilities: Perform site visits to measure window and door openings with precision. Prepare accurate project quotes tailored to client specifications. Order materials and services, ensuring projects remain on track and on time. Monitor and update project schedules, resolving any issues that arise. Develop your CAD skills to contribute to the design and planning phases. Maintain excellent customer service by providing regular updates and support throughout the project lifecycle. What We’re Looking For: A strong foundation in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. A willingness to learn CAD is essential, though prior experience is advantageous. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A team player who is motivated to contribute to both personal and company-wide success. A valid driver’s license to facilitate site visits.
