Job Title: PMO Lead
Location: Preston. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 Depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
* Maintain the D&A Forward Load Resource (future resourcing requirements) and Tasking Data and undertake analysis to advise under or over-utilisation of resources.
* Gather data, analyse, and prepare reports or presentations to feed information back to teams/managers including D&A Performance against KPI.
* Support teams within the D&A organisation to prepare estimates, proposals, and schedules.
* Maintain budget tracking in support of Head of Department and senior managers across the organisation and advise of trends and deviations from plan.
* Support problem resolution, resolve issues and act on feedback and usage of in-life Projects. Create Project collateral and monitor results and feedback from Project campaigns.
* Undertake responsibility for the provision of support services to projects. Use and recommend project control solutions for planning, scheduling, and tracking projects. Set up and provide detailed guidance on project management software, procedures, processes, tools, and techniques.
* Provide basic guidance on individual project proposals. May be involved in aspects of supporting a programme by providing a cross-programme view on risk, change, quality, and finance or configuration management.

Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
* Experience of working in a PMO environment.
* Numerate.
* Great communication & organisation skills.
* Ability to manage a busy workload.
Desirable:
* Good knowledge and understanding of PMO policies, processes, procedures, and systems (Jira).
* Knowledge of PM governance and assurance processes such as Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR).
* Prince2, APMP or ITIL 4 Certification.

The Data Analytics Project Management Team:
You will be advising and assisting the Data Analytics Management Team. Part of a new fast-growing department, you will be interacting with a wide range of stakeholders on exciting new projects that have a real bearing on the company.
