Customer Service Advisor
Location: Membury Own transport required due to location
Salary: £25,000 - £26,800 (Depending on experience)
Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm (40 hours per week) + ½ day Saturday on rota (overtime paid)

What Youll Be Doing:
* Answering calls and processing fuel orders
* Taking payments over the phone
* Handling stock reconciliation and balancing receipts with sales
* Liaising with other departments and depots
* Raising tickets for fuel orders and repeat orders
* General admin duties as required
What Were Looking For:
1. Experience in customer service and inbound calls
2. Strong administrative and IT skills (Excel proficiency required)
