Job Description
The Assistant Accountant will:
3. Building relationships and providing excellent customer service to the business unit(s)
4. Preparing and issuing monthly invoices
5. Performing order processing tasks to ensure appropriate revenue recognition
6. Assisting with credit control activities
7. Processing creditors invoices and gpayment runs
8. Prepare; analyse; and present working capital results to leadership teams
9. Prepare various balance sheet reconciliations, including bank and inter-company accounts
10. Assisting with special ad hoc projects that impact various stakeholders within the organisation
The Successful Applicant
The Assistant Accountant will be/have:
11. Computer literate with experience using Finance system/s
12. Strong Excel skills
13. A Finance background
14. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
15. Immediately available
