We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales for our Facilities Maintenance division. This leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for Facilities Maintenance Contractors across the country. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving margin targets. Here’s a quick overview of some of the things you can expect to do as a Head of Sales - Facilities Management with Huws Gray Supply Chain Solutions: Create and implement a robust sales strategy to develop a market presence and drive revenue growth in the facilities maintenance sector. Meet and exceed National Sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and customers while creating and expanding existing client relationships to increase sales and market share. Achieve sales targets and KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and margin goals. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction. Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance to align sales strategies and optimize service offerings. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Meet and maintain administration in line with business requirements.
