Job summary We are seeking a well-motivated and forward thinking senior Physiotherapist to join our Neurology Physiotherapy Team. The role consists of a mixture of inpatient and outpatient caseload including HASU, acute stroke rehab, neuro outliers and neuro outpatients. Within the post there is also the opportunity to: Be responsible for the supervision & appraisal of rotational staff and students Contribute to the in-service training programme Contribute to service development and audit Contribute to research To apply you will must have: Relevant clinical experience at Band 5 level, good clinical knowledge, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and experience of line management. We can offer you the opportunity to work in a: Hyperacute and Acute Stroke unit Working closely within a dynamic and supportive MDT Ability to treat some traumatic brain injuries and other neurological conditions Support, supervision and teaching from an experienced Team Leader Weekend and on call competency is essential.
