Are you currently working at 1st or 2nd line on a service desk, and looking to join a company that offers training, development, and progression? Then this is the job for you. Due to contract wins, our client is looking to add to their service desk team.
As a 2nd line IT Support Engineer, you'll be based in the Ormskirk office for an MSP who provide solutions to a range of clients. These have recently won contracts and in turn, needs to grow out their support team. Safe to say they're heading in the right direction.
The service desk manager strongly encourages the development of his team and is keen for his employees to constantly upskill and in turn be offered promotions - a perfect opportunity for somebody wanting to progress their career.
Ideally, we'd be looking for someone who has:
* Previous experience in either a support desk or customer facing role
* Windows Server 11-10 OS & Desktop OS experience
* Active Directory & Azure AD
* Proven experience troubleshooting and diagnostic experience via logs, tickets and reports
