Registered Nursing Home Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nursing Home Manager to lead a high-quality care home that provides nursing, dementia, and residential care. The Registered Nursing Home Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and resident satisfaction. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team, foster a positive working culture, and strive for Good and Outstanding CQC ratings. They will oversee all aspects of care provision, ensuring that residents receive person-centred support tailored to their individual needs.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Registered Home Manager, with a track record of achieving strong results and CQC ratings.
* Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) is preferred, but candidates with a Level 5 in Health & Social Care and a strong management track record will be considered.
* A history of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to challenges.
* A passion for delivering exceptional care and enhancing the lives of residents.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the operational and clinical management of the home, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
* Ensure high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC standards and best practices.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a motivated team, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
* Maintain compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements, implementing best practices for quality assurance.
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders, ensuring transparent and effective communication.
* Effectively manage budgets and resources while maintaining the highest standards of care.
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that care delivery evolves to meet the changing needs of residents.
