Roles & Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage, develop, and motivate Market Managers and Brand Ambassadors to meet sales objectives. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders. Sales Performance: Monitor and analyse sales data, implementing corrective actions to improve performance. Training & Development: Provide coaching and training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee travel and expense budgets for direct reports. Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, identifying opportunities and threats in the tech space. Experience required: Proven experience managing and leading sales teams, ideally within the tech industry. Strong ability to analyse sales data and adjust strategies for continuous improvement. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
