Hours: 37.5 hours per week, over 3 – 4 nights, 7pm – 7:30am
Salary: £25,027.20 per annum
Based at: Parkland Place, Colwyn Bay
Role Purpose:
Parkland Place is one of the UK’s leading private residential rehabilitation centres providing a diverse range of residential rehabilitation services including clinical and therapeutic addictions treatment programmes. Our multi-disciplinary teams take great pride in delivering personalised treatment programmes to our guests and have established an excellent reputation for providing the highest standards of care.
This role reports directly to the Registered Manager (and/or deputy) and takes direction from the Lead Addictions Practitioner. The practitioner is accountable for care planning and implementation of a range of treatments, including therapeutic and specialist interventions to adults with addiction issues and experiencing life challenges within a residential setting. The role involves managing a varied caseload and delivering a structured psychosocial programme of interventions including 1:2:1 and group work.
If you think you might have these skills, but are not 100% sure, please do still apply and let us decide. We know that certain groups rule themselves out of interesting opportunities assuming that others will be more successful, but please don't be that person. We want to hear from the widest cross section of the community.
