\nAs Financial Controller, you will lead the finance function, ensuring the efficient management of financial operations and providing strategic insight to support business growth. Key responsibilities include:
\n
\nManagement Accounts - Overseeing the production of timely and accurate management accounts.
\nYear-End Accounts & Audit - Ensuring smooth year-end processes and liaising with external auditors.
\nBudgeting & Forecasting - Leading the budgeting process and delivering accurate financial forecasts.
\nBusiness Partnering - Working closely with operational colleagues to provide financial insight and drive commercial success.
\nContinuous Improvement - Identifying opportunities to enhance financial processes and efficiencies.
\nPeople Management - Leading and developing the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.

\nAbout You
\n
\nWe are looking for an experienced and driven finance professional who:
\n
\n Is a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
\n Has proven leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
\n Possesses a continuous improvement mindset, proactively identifying and implementing process enhancements.
\n Demonstrates strong commercial acumen and the ability to work effectively with non-financial colleagues.

\nSalary up to £75,000 (dependent on experience).
\nFull-time office-based role in Warwickshire.
