Food Manufacturing Experience Essential
Are you detail-oriented with a strong understanding of food safety and quality systems? I am looking for a Technical Administrator to join a hugely successful business and support the technical department in maintaining compliance with BRC standards, retailer requirements, and food safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update BRC Quality Manuals and Retailer Requirements .
* Assist in QMS audits and ensure documentation is kept up to date.
* Support internal audits, ensuring compliance with HACCP and food safety systems.
* Prepare for technical meetings, including data collection and report preparation.
* Assist with HACCP documentation and implementation.
* Support the team with general administrative tasks, ensuring smooth technical operations.
What They're Looking For:
Experience in a food manufacturing or technical compliance role.
Knowledge of BRC standards, QMS audits, HACCP, and retailer requirements .
Strong administrative and data collection skills .
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) .
