Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
* Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
* Assist with employee benefits administration and inquiries.
* Support performance management processes, including appraisals and disciplinary actions.
* Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
* Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
The Successful Applicant
Requirements:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR administrative role.
* Strong understanding of the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
