Duties of the Accounts Assistant / Credit Controller will include;
9. Processing all purchase orders to sage, checking for approvals and gaining approval
10. Checking and processing goods received items for job related work
11. Accounts payable functions, including processing invoices, reconciling statements, and dealing with any queries
12. Review and submit credit card transactions for review, and post to ledger
13. Ability and willingness to support sales ledger when required
Person specification:
14. At least 2 years’ experience within fast paced finance role
15. Strong Sage 50 & Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Filters etc)
16. Nominal coding experience beneficial
17. Attention to detail
18. Excellent communication skills
19. Ability to work well towards strict deadlines
This is a permanent, office-based role working 8:30am – 5pm with 1 hour lunch, Monday to Friday. Salary up to £27k depending on experience.
