Job Description Senior Dictionary Analysts play a vital role in this process, overseeing a small team of Analysts within their specialist practice area, with the support of their manager, to ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently achieved. Blending people, resource and project management, along with expertise in a specific territory and in CGA processes, the SDA guides their analysts to successful BAU and project outcomes: allocating tasks, supporting in query and issue resolution, running 1-1s, providing guidance and training, and ensuring way of working documentation is up to date.
