Customer Booking Advisor - Liverpool Area

We are seeking a Customer Booking Advisor to join my client's team at a leading vehicle dealership in the Liverpool area. This is a customer-facing role where you will manage service queries, bookings, and ensure smooth communication across departments to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the main point of contact for customer service enquiries and bookings.
2. Coordinate between the parts warehouse, workshop, and other departments.
3. Provide technical advice and accurate cost estimates for repairs and maintenance.
4. Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles.
5. Ensure quality control and timely completion of work.
6. Promote additional services to customers via phone or email.
Skills & Experience:
1. Previous customer service experience.
2. Strong communication, administration, and organizational skills.
3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
4. IT literate; technical knowledge is a plus.
