This will include training, developing and recruiting talent, working closely with senior chefs, and liaising with local product farmers and suppliers for seasonal ingredients all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
+ Sometimes our guests have special requests involving dietary requirements, bespoke products and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Head Pastry Chef.

+ Previous experience in a similar role in a 5 star luxury environment

+ Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
