We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our Holidays Finance team on a Fixed Term Contract basis. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager – Transactions, you’ll oversee our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams, and you’ll be working closely with multiple departments at easyJet holidays, particularly our sourcing team.
In this role, you’ll lead on financial transactions. You’ll be responsible for a smooth, well-controlled transaction environment, keeping a close eye on team performance, presenting weekly dashboards to keep management up-to-date, and managing short-term cash flow forecasting and currency funding. As the subject matter expert on payment flows and data integration from our reservations platform into the ERP, you’ll develop a roadmap for improvements across the transactions area, from small wins to strategic advancements.
What you’ll bring to the team:
We’re looking for a qualified accountant with at least two years PQE, who has a strong understanding of finance transactions. You’ll have a track record of improving processes or implementing automation and be comfortable working with large data sets.
We’d like somebody who can interpret complex accounting concepts across balance sheets, cash flow, and P&L, and is confident engaging and challenging stakeholders at all levels, both inside and outside of finance. You’ll be able to explain financial concepts in a way everyone can understand, and work well within a team but also take initiative, bringing proactive solutions to the table.
What’s in it for you:
In addition to your competitive base salary, we offer an all-inclusive benefits package which includes our company-wide bonus scheme and a 7% pension contribution. We offer a variety of share options and life assurance, and we have an impressive range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to your needs.
