Key Responsibilities:
Lead the bid process from PQQ to final submission, ensuring timely and high-quality responses
Develop and implement winning strategies to secure contracts via frameworks and other procurement routes
Work closely with operational teams, estimators, and subject matter experts to develop compelling proposals
Build and maintain relationships with framework providers, housing associations, and local authorities
Manage bid governance, ensuring all submissions are fully compliant and commercially viable
What Theyre Looking For:
Proven experience as a Bid Manager in the social housing or construction sector
Strong knowledge of framework agreements and public sector procurement processes
Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality
Understanding of Decent Homes, planned maintenance, and retrofit standards
